Our OpMS team offers creative, workable solutions for the implementation of high-risk projects, combining disciplinary expertise from various fields. Our goal is to promote the remediation of land previously designated for security and military use, which is no longer required, for civilian use and economic growth. We specialize in ordnance, E.O.D. (Explosive Ordnance Disposal), landmines, and I.E.D. (Improvised Explosive Device) as well as explosive ordnance, planning, demolition, and explosive material surveys.
Our teams work in cooperation with both local and international companies and organizations and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with private companies, humanitarian organizations, and national organizations around the world.

What do we do?
We collect data, research, provide, advise, manage, and guide projects aimed at releasing restricted lands. We are responsible for the quality control, quality assurance, and release of areas contaminated with war debris, ordnance, and landmines.
We assess the risk, remove it, and declare the land a safe and clear area for civilian use. We offer a service in each or all of the stages of the process – non-technical survey, technical survey, planning, quality assurance, and quality control.
Consultation and Survey
Comprehensive consultation which species the status of the requested land and a definition of the associated risk levels. This is accomplished through in-depth research, data collection, and statistical analyses. A survey is based on the use of diverse analysis tools such as documents, maps, interviews, GIS data, information from the authorities, and technological scans in the field.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Full or partial supervision, quality assurance, and quality control of the implementation of the plan, both prior to, during, and at the end of the process.
In our profession, there is no room for compromise. The reliability of our performance is the most important factor for us.
Project Management
Comprehensive management of all the phases of the project:
planning, preparations, management, and final actions for the handover of the land.

Good to know
We are registered and approved at both a national and international level by the Israel National Mine Action Authority (INMAA). Our work is based on the SOP of the Company and is performed in accordance with all the official professional guidelines and protocols – the Landmines Law, the Explosions Law, the national specifications for the clearance of landmines and UXO in Israel of the Israel National Mine Action Authority and the IMAS regulations. We also operate in accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality standards.

About Us
In March 2021, Royi Nahari, the CEO & Founder of the Company, decided to establish OpMS with the aim of providing civil solutions in previous complex war zones. Our extensive experience and expertise in the field provide us with high capabilities and unique thinking throughout the process. From in-depth research, data collection, supervision, and control in the field and the actual clearance of the restricted lands. We at OpMS are based on Royi’s extensive professional experience as well as our entire professional team. Our knowledge base is based on regional planning, inspection, demolition, and disposal. For example, a response to land contaminated with Abandoned Explosive Ordnance (AXO), Explosive Remnants of War (ERW), faulty ammunition, suspected restricted land, minefields, and land suspected of containing UXOs and ordnance.
In all areas of knowledge, we apply project management, risk assessment, quality assurance, and quality control, all with close supervision.
