Surveys and consultations are tools that assist in the decisions required for statutory development processes, feasibility studies, selecting the appropriate method for clearing the land of UXO, landmines and Abandoned Explosive Ordnance (AXO), or any other activity related to explosive materials.
The conclusions and recommendations of surveys make it possible to remove planning barriers as well as implementation obstacles, save on resources and also, to tailor the correct solution for each and every customer.

Milestones
As soon as we are contacted by stakeholders, government officials, and authorities in Israel or abroad with regard to releasing restricted land for civil and public uses – we start with a review and feasibility study of the project.
The first step –
understanding the needs of the customer, defining the desired result versus the current gaps.
The second step -
defining the scope of the required survey, selecting the relevant team of experts, collecting data, and analyzing the conclusions.
The third step-
presenting the conclusions and implementation alternatives to the customer.

Defining the requirements and data collection
We start by coordinating the expectations and requirements of the customer, followed by data collection and an analysis that includes a broad variety of information sources. For example: documents, maps, interviews, land survey data (GIS), information from authorities, etc.
We cross-check, confirm or refute this information to obtain a comprehensive overview of the selected land.
In - depth analysis and technical survey
If the experts who study the maps, the historical and geo – data are not able to obtain an accurate or clear picture, we perform a technical survey.
Meaning, we physically travel to the area of the land and work with devices and means to visually locate the data.
Summary report - conclusions and recommendations
The findings and conclusions of the land are specified in a non-technical survey. This only takes place after we have researched and ascertained the nature of the terrain such as the location of the landmines and UXO’s, the type of ordinance that was fired or abandoned, who used it etc.
All the information is concentrated in a summary document that is used by various bodies, companies and professionals.
